I've been using Google Docs and Gmail for a few years and have not looked back. I've been able to completely avoid having to buy MS Office.

For Google Docs, there are privacy settings, so don't think that you have to share your docs with the world. You certainly can do that, or you could just share them with John and Jenny in your office (you can even specify if they have editing ability).

Drop.io is an absolutely incredible service for those who manage lots of files or files of large sizes.

What can be "dropped" in your box?

With every account, you get an email address, a voice mail number, and even a conference phone number. Definitely worth checking out.
